Costume Corner
In an effort to ensure that costumes are delivered in time for studio photographs in an
organized distribution to our students, costume orders are placed between mid October and
late November.
Costume Fee Deadline
All costume/uniform fees are due November 1st each year for our studio students. If you don’t
pay on time, we will not order a costume for your child until our next order date (additional
processing charges may apply). Please note, that once costumes are ordered, costume fees
become non-refundable. Costume manufacturers do not accept cancellations or offer refunds
on costumes: therefore we do not refund costume fees once we order the costumes.
Sizing
Accuracy in placing our orders is very important, as returns and exchanges may not be
allowed due to time constraints from the costume companies. Sizing for each company varies
slightly. We remember to take into consideration that your child may grow between now and
recital time (we add 2 inches to each measurement we take). It is much easier to take in a
costume then let out.
Costume Distribution
Once costumes are delivered and sent home with the students, it is the family’s responsibility
to make alterations to costumes. We strongly recommend to have these alterations done
before the studio photo day (or first performance date).
